The Business Migration Centre Business Innovation and Investment program (BIIP) is closed for all new visa subclass 188 applicants from 5pm WST on 2 December 2022. The Government of Western Australia continues to work with the Department of Home Affairs to endeavour to secure a further allocation of places for the 2022/23 program year and updates on any additional allocation will be posted on the Business Migration Centre website. Please note the following State nomination applications remain open:
Business Innovation and Investment (Permanent) visa subclass 888 Business (888A), Investor (888B) and Significant Investor (888C)
Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa subclass 188 Business Innovation Extension Stream and Significant Investor Extension stream
